Basically info regarding my views on Requests, Art Trades and Collaborations for those who are interested. Also a FAQ of actual questions I have encountered during my stay here.

IN REGARDS TO USING MY ART, ORIGINAL CHARACTERS AND CONCEPTS
If you wish to use my characters in any way, shape or form please contact me beforehand to get permission (if you intend to use them for a story), let me know when you have done something and REFERENCE me when you've used them. Also, please keep them true to their actual personality and abilities. I actually try to formulate them in a logical manner so a little respect for my work would be nice.
However if you feature them in a story, you do not own them. They are still my characters and concepts.
This type of protocol should be followed when you use ANYONE'S characters. You need to say who the original creator(s) is/are and give them credit. Correct referencing is actually a really important skill to have.

Not exactly, there are many reasons to watch a person. Friendship is usually not a common one in my opinion. That usually comes after getting to know the deviant you're watching.

Q: Why are all your pics kind of small, poor quality and have DA watermarks on them?
Let's just say I've had some problems with art thieves in the past, as a result I keep my images small, mostly JPEG and use the DA watermark as I don't really have access to the proper software that allows me to put my own on. With time, I may be able to devise my own watermark.

Q: You drew one of my characters and I like the outfit/part of the outfit you drew on them, can I please use the design?
If I have drawn your character in an 'original' (i.e. with no reference to an existing series or your own designs) outfit or tweaked your character's clothes a little and you happen to like it, then feel free to use it.

Q: Where are your comics? I can't find them!
I've chosen to delete them and that account. I still have the original drawings and scans, but they're not available online any more. A web comic that doesn't have regular updates is pretty bad and the overall quality of them wasn't anything to really look forward to given the quality of web comics out there. So who was I kidding? Comics aren't my thing.

Q: Are you ever going to finish your original series or are you just going to churn out random pictures?
For your information I am working on my original series in the background, mostly in a novel format, however publishing creative works is a tricky game, takes a lot of time, patience and possibly the sacrifice of a goat to a higher being to bless you with luck that you're in the right place at the right time. Not to mention I already have other things to work on outside these projects as well.

Not really, I just draw what I feel like. If you don't like me anymore then just un-watch me, I won't hold it against you. I doubt I'd actually notice to be honest unless we make contact with each other. Besides I think it's pretty clear that the only style I can draw well is the one you see now.

That's not really a question... But, it's your opinion and I respect that. I know I cannot please everyone out there so if you don't like me or disagree with me then fine. Just don't bug me about it and get on with your life or move along, I'm pretty sure on DA alone you can find someone else that fits your taste.

Depends, I used to do a lot of free art, but people often took advantage of my generosity, fortunately those people disappeared once I introduced commissions (which are closed at the moment).

I don't know, depends on how my life goes. But it's alright to ask if you're interested in me drawing something for you, my price page isn't up at the moment but I can put up a new one if enough people ask me to.
Just send a note through, if I can't do it, I can direct you to another artist who could.
Q: WTF!? Why you no draw my character randomly like you do with other people?
Occasionally I may draw a fellow deviant's characters for fun (usually a sketchy lineart, posted if I think it looks ok) but that is more of a random event and usually done for people who are my friends. Also in case you haven't noticed but I draw them because I wanted to, not because someone told me to or I wanted something in return.
Q: Is there anything you don't like drawing?
Mainly NSFW/porn related stuff, mainly because I'm really, really, really bad at drawing that sort of thing. But that doesn't mean I'm against looking at them and enjoying the good ones. Generally I'll flat out tell you if I either can't draw something or don't want to draw something so it's probably best to ask if you're curious? But if you get a look at my gallery you'll get the gist of what I like drawing.

In regards to characters, only if it's cool with me and that you keep them true to their personalities (see above section for more details).
As for linearts, let me know in advance, personally I'm not a fan of people colouring my stuff unless it's an organised collaboration or I've featured one of your characters in a lineart and you want to colour it.

Some times it helps the design process by having other people draw your characters, I really have a lot of people on DA to thank for helping me this way. My characters wouldn't be this developed without all the art trades I've taken part of and commissions I've ordered.
