[EDIT] I will probably write stories about each character in the world of Umbra interacting with other characters I've already created. This is mainly gonna be an excuse to practise writing and evolve the world I've created.

Alright, I've finally come to a decision about the winner. I honestly did enjoy reading through all the stories and the looking at the designs (artistic ability wasn't a major part of it. I was just looking for an interesting character).

I'll first walk through each character and inform you of some of the details I liked.

Jonathon - Dr Dark actually had a kid with Melora. Who would've thought? I like the contrast that Jonathon is a protecter with a kind soul... just wait until he meets his dad, one of the most terrifying massochists of the Umbra world.

Kagamisuki - Another child affected by the Wraith massacre, very nice cross over and how she's a bit of a stalker for Dr Dark. Another defender of the universe in the making but will she side with good or evil? No one knows. However I will inform you that some points were taken off because the adult design is similar to a character from Rozen Maiden.

Angel - So much possibility. She isn't really a defender of the world or anything special. She just likes to dance and perform. I love the pointed ears to symbolise her association with nature (the whole elf identity). Contrary to most dancer characters she isn't a slut either! SCORE!

Hrish - The mysterious necromancer with a love for toxins. A bit anti social but all for her extensive magic studies. A very peculiar personality which is quite inviting to the reader too. Also has a strange fear of biros

Kaiman - A serial killer, yeah, you heard right! I'll say right now I love the eye design for this character. This vagabound was raised by a cult and now wanders Umbra in search of things to destroy. I also like his 'mind taking' ability, very nice power.

Asaph - Whoa, I was amazed at the story behind this character. So much detail, she could have a whole novel of her own. A beast master who doesn't really appear as a stereotypical one. A cute happy go lucky adventurer.

Koros - Once again, I'm amazed by the details. A water mage/treasure hunter of the sea. The adventures he must have are countless. Also paranoid about sea anemones and cameras which is pretty quirky.

Helina - The headstrong berseker living at the edge of the world and the less strange occupant of the Black Manor. But her past is still a mystery to her. Another character with so many possibilities.

Annoyingly enough, I have to pick a single winner. I've thought about this very carefully and weighed up all the factors.
